By accessing and using the Pixel Server, you agree to comply with all rules and conditions stated in this document. If you do not agree, you must stop using the server immediately.

General Rules

• The use of cheats, bots, macros, or any unauthorized third-party tools that provide unfair advantages is strictly prohibited.
• Exploiting or abusing bugs, glitches, or unintended mechanics is not allowed and must be reported immediately if discovered.
• Harassment, hate speech, threats, or inappropriate behavior toward players or staff is not allowed.
• Impersonating staff members or other players is strictly forbidden.
• Trading or selling accounts, currency, or in-game items outside official channels is not allowed.

Penalties

The Pixel Server administration reserves the right to take any action deemed appropriate against rule violations, including:

• Warning
• Temporary or permanent ban
• Account reset or removal of items
• Any other action without prior notice

Punishments are determined based on the severity of the violation and administrative discretion.

Account Responsibility

• Players are fully responsible for securing their accounts and login information.
• The administration is not responsible for any loss resulting from account sharing or poor security practices.
• Any activity performed on an account is considered the responsibility of its owner.

Changes to Terms

The Pixel Server administration reserves the right to modify or update these terms at any time without prior notice. Continued use of the server after updates constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.
